John's Review: after 1993’s litany of woe (houses burning down... demos being damaged..guitars being stolen...) it was great to get in & get this done!!! the studio is quite amazing, especially as you can walk through the recording room straight into a strip club!!!!! needless to say, it was tough rounding up people to listen to mixes!! we tried a wide variety of styles on this... pretty successfully!! everything from ballads(!!) to slow & heavy.. and on the spur of the moment, did “the rocker” ..one of our childhood faves...
